To lock anyone out of certain features of Windows 95 including run and settings options in the start menu, or to allow only certain applications to be ran by a particular user, you may do the following: If you haven't already done so, enable Windows passwords in the control panel. The next step, is to run poledit.exe which can be found on x:\admin\apptools\poledit (where x is the drive letter of your CD-ROM drive) on the installation CD.
