Notify When Caps,- Numlock is Pressed

The Accessibility Options in Control Panel contains the Toggle Keys feature. 

When turned on, the system will beep when CapsLock or NumLock (and

ScrollLock) is pressed. This is handy for fast typists who accidently hit 

CapsLock when reaching for Shift or Tab.
