Put the Control Panel on the Start Menu 

OS : Windows 95/98/NT

User Level : Beginner

To put a cascading Control Panel on your Start Menu, right-click the 

Start Menu, select Open, then create a new folder named:  Control

Panel.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}
