Printer Troubleshooting

OS : Windows 95

User Level : Beginner

The Windows 95 installation CD-ROM has a printer troubleshooting program 

that may help in the even of printer problems. Put the  CD-ROM in your drive, 

and browse to the d:\other\misc\epts folder (where d: is your CD-ROM drive).

Double click on EPTS.EXE,  and follow the instructions that the program gives.
